  Reception lady is nice and polite but last few times I have to wait 40 minutes to get in with an already book appointment 4-5 weeks ago and last time Dr was making fun of me cuss I have pain back of my knee and she told me what would you think I will tell you but give it more time and have some pain killers? So unprofessional
