  What a great company they don't have any human customer service assistant to talk and strange no Email to contact only submit online form where you can write what they want only.
  I guess UK mail should close their business and try to sell mobile covers of 99p China made so they don't have to face customers as they are scared of facing customers.
  From my experience :
  I suppose to get parcel at my address but after more than week I don't get any news from UK mail and strange that you can't make complaint by phone or email there was only their customised online form where you can't say what you want to say.
  Though after long wait I search depot and went there but they said its written COLLECTION on our system which I never requested. And they accept that system got some fault.. Ohhh Please if its system fault go to parcel address and try to deliver the item not keep it in depot for ages there should be some food inside which can goes off too or spoiled.
  I want to contact them but can't get hold of them even I leave my number and email no one dare to call or email.. Shame on UK mail
