  An Ignorant management team that believe everyone has been born to enable their own endevours .They pay workhouse wages and there Director is living in cloud cuckoo land if he believes he is getting the best for this company by employing everyone and anyone who comes in below budget,it is false economy, by the time they are trained ,are providing a quality service they have almost certainly moved on to pastures newer and greener thus ensuring that any product manufactured is supported with mediocre services resulting in lower production figures,greater waste and poorer quality.
  If you value your self and the skills you bring to an employer then I suggest you side step this revolving door and smile in the knowledge some other poor sod hasn't been so lucky.
